Waddell & Magan is a firm of trial lawyers who concentrate their practice in products liability, medical malpractice, insurance torts, general negligence claims, and commercial litigation.

Between them, Russell S. Waddell and E. Casey Magan have represented a widely–varied range of clients who have, for example, obtained: (1) a $3.2+ million verdict in a medical malpractice trial in Houston, Texas; (2) $3.8 million in a hurricane damage (commercial property) case; (3) $1.4 million in a will–dispute matter; (4) $1.3 million in a tortious interference with business case; (5) over $6 million in an industrial products liability case; (6) $3.5 million in a carbon monoxide poisoning case; and (7) medical malpractice and general negligence cases which have resulted in confidential settlements for the defendants' policy limits. Please keep in mind that the results obtained in these examples depended largely on the facts of each case.

In addition to representing people and their families, Waddell & Magan represents small businesses and professionals in contingency fee–based commercial litigation matters on a selective basis. In the handling of all matters, the firm emphasizes client service and a team approach to litigation.

Waddell & Magan is located in Bozeman, Montana. Our attorneys are licensed in other states and will work, by special admission of the courts, in jurisdictions nationwide.

If your case arises in a state where we are not licensed, we will associate with local counsel and work with them on the prosecution of your case. Since we associate with local counsel we are able to appear and practice in states where we are not licensed.

E. Casey Magan is licensed to practice law in Montana and Texas, and is also board certified by the Texas Board of Legal specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law. Ms. Magan is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana, and the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Southern Districts of Texas.
